唐诗中的医文交融现象研究

摘　　要：唐诗与中医都是我国传统文化的瑰宝。自古以来我国就有“医文相融”的说法,唐诗作为中国古典文学的高峰,其中不少作品蕴含着丰富的医学内容。这些包含着医学内容的诗歌不仅在文学上具有较高的艺术审美价值,同时从中医学的角度看也蕴含着丰富的医药文化资料。本文将唐代涉及医学内容的诗歌进行了归类,将其分为回归自然、怡情悦性的采药、植药诗,尊生重己、医乃仁术的医疗诗和开悟生命、养静藏神的养生诗三大类,并在此基础上总结了诗歌中寄情山水、求仙慕道的超脱情怀和关爱生命、悬壶济世的入世追求两种审美特质。Tang poetry and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) are treasures of China's traditional culture. Since ancient times, there has been a saying that "medicine is integrated with literature" in China. Tang poetry, as the peak of Chinese classical literature, contains rich medical content in many of its works. These poems containing medical contents not only have high artistic aesthetic value in literature, but also contain rich medical and cultural materials from the perspective of TCM. This paper classifies Tang poetry with medical contents into three categories: returning to nature, pleasant poems of herbal medicine collection and planting, respecting life and oneself, medical poems of medical benevolence, health-preserving poems of enlightening life and keeping quiet. On this basis, it summarizes two aesthetic standards of poems: one is empathizing nature, seeking immortality and admiring Taoism, and the other is caring for life and rescuing the dying.
