摘 要:用鲳鱼腐败液模拟水产品加工废水,研究纳米氧化锌-环氧树脂复合材料对水产品加工废水的抑菌作用,并分析不同pH值和温度下该复合材料的抑菌稳定性。结果表明:纳米氧化锌-环氧树脂复合材料对水产品加工废水中微生物有明显的抑菌效果,该复合材料与加工废水作用3h后的抑菌率接近100%,在pH值2~12和25~60℃下加热6h后的抑菌率依然保持在90%以上。因此,纳米氧化锌-环氧树脂复合材料有进一步开发用于水产品加工废水减菌化应用前景。The antimicrobial effect of nano-zinc oxide-epoxy resin composite on aquatic product processing wastewater was studied by simulating aquatic product processing wastewater with pomfret spoilage solution, and the antimicrobial stability of the composite at different pH and temperature was analyzed. The results showed that nano-zinc oxide-epoxy resin composite had obvious bacteriostatic effect on microorganisms in wastewater from aquatic processing. The bacteriostatic rate of nano-zinc oxide-epoxy resin composite was close to 100% after 3 hours of interaction with wastewater from aquatic processing. The bacteriostatic rate of nano-zinc oxide-epoxy resin composite was still above 90% after 6 hours of heating at pH 2-12 and temperature 25-60℃. Therefore, nano-zinc oxide-epoxy resin composites have potential application prospects for further development of aquatic processing wastewater bacteria reduction.
