摘 要:采用超声波浸提法从绿茶中提取黄酮、多糖、多酚,通过料液比以及乙醇浓度探讨了黄酮、多酚、多糖的提取工艺;并采用熔融共混法与PBS制备复合材料;通过抑菌圈法测试对比分析茶多酚/PBS复合材料对葡萄球菌的抗菌效果。研究结果表明:超声波浸提法提取黄酮、多糖、茶多酚所得产量较高,最好可达2.5%、4.0%、12.03%;茶多酚成功复合到PBS材料中,并使材料结晶度从51.8%下降38.3%;复合材料对葡萄球菌有抗菌效果且抗菌效果最显著抑菌面积达4.9cm^2。The flavonoids, polysaccharides and polyphenols were extracted from green tea by ultrasonic immersion method, the extraction process of flavonoids, polyphenols and polysaccharides was discussed by the ratio of material to liquid and ethanol concentration. The antimicrobial effect of polyphenol/PBS composite materials on staphylococcus, escherichia coli, mucus, and aspergillus was analyzed by microbiosis. The results of the study showed that higher yield of flavonoids, polysaccharides and polyphenols obtained by ultrasonic immersion method was up to 2.5 %, 4.5 % and 12.03 %, respectively. The tea polyphenols were successfully combined into the PBS material, and the crystallographic crystallinity dropped 38.3 % from 51.8 percent. Composite materials for staphylococcus aureus has antibacterial effect and the most significant bacteriostatic effect on staphylococcus aureus antibacterial area of 4.9 cm2.
