摘  要:管道输送危险废物到回转窑焚烧是最有效的处理危险废物的方法。但由于物料的复杂性导致管道容易堵塞,清理管道耗时费力,易造成停产,因此建立管道压力监测预警系统非常有必要。首先介绍了系统的组成,着重阐述了压力传感器的工作原理及标定,然后描述了传感器安装管路图,最后详细阐述了系统的各种监测预警功能,主要包括管道压力损失、实时监测固体泵容积效率、判断管道堵点位置、预警管道淤积及卸料预警。可为管道输送危险废物焚烧工艺的稳定运行提供技术支撑。Pipeline transportation of hazardous wastes to rotary kiln for incineration is the most effective way to deal with the hazardous wastes. It is necessary to establish a pipeline pressure monitoring and warning system for the pipeline is easy to be blocked due to the complexity of materials and it takes time and effort to clean up the pipeline, resulting in shutdown of production. Firstly, the system composition was introduced, the working principle and calibration of the pressure sensor were described emphatically, then sensor installation piping diagram was elaborated, and the various monitoring and warning functions of the system were elaborated, including the pipeline pressure loss, real-time monitoring of the solid pump volume efficiency, judgment of the location of the pipe clogging, early warning of pipeline deposition and discharging warning.
