摘  要:目的将3D打印的数字化病历数据库应用在口腔颌面外科骨性疾病的教学中,观察对学生的影响及学生的评价。方法选取口腔颌面外科学习的医学生57人,随机分为实验组(3D打印的数字化病例数据库教学)和对照组(平面教学、视频教学及解剖教学),观察两组学生的笔试成绩和操作成绩,观察两组学生对教学模式的主观评价。结果实验组笔试成绩为(78.83±3.74)分,对照组笔试成绩为(70.26±3.71)分,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组操作成绩为(20.83±1.74)分,对照组操作成绩为(13.73±1.24)分,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组满意度评分、兴趣度评分、理论学习帮助评分、手术认知评分及学习信心评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将3D打印的数字化病例数据库应用在口腔颌面外科骨性疾病教学中,提高了学生对理论知识的理解程度,实践操作更加熟练,对教学模式认可程度高。Objective The application of 3D printed digital medical record database in the teaching of oral and maxillofacial surgery osteopathy was studied to observe the influence on students and their evaluation. Methods 57 medical students studying oral and maxillofacial surgery were randomly divided into experimental group (3D printed digital case database teaching) and control group (plane teaching, video teaching and anatomy teaching). The written test scores and operation scores of the two groups were observed. The subjective evaluation of teaching mode of two groups of students was observed. Results The scores of the experimental group and the control group were (78.83±3.74) points and (70.26±3.71) points respectively. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). The operation scores of the experimental group and the control group were (20.83±1.74) points and (13.73±1.24) points. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). The satisfaction score, interest score, theoretical learning help score, surgical cognitive score and learning confidence score of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of 3D printing digital case database in the teaching of oral and maxillofacial surgery osteopathy has improved the students' understanding of theoretical knowledge, more skilled practical operation and higher recognition of teaching mode.
