摘　　要：目的探讨腹膜后原始神经外胚层肿瘤(retroperitoneal primitive neuroeetodemlal tumor,rPNET)的特点及外科治疗效果。方法收集2011年5月至2018年9月青岛大学附属医院收治的8例rPNET患者的临床资料,分析其临床特点、辅助检查、治疗结果及预后。结果 8例患者中,男女各4例,年龄范围为19~63岁,平均年龄为32.8岁。临床表现为腹痛患者7例,1例患者无症状。腹部增强CT检查均提示腹膜后软组织密度影。5例患者完整切除肿瘤,其中4例行联合脏器切除手术,3例患者行姑息性手术。随访时间1~13个月,其中7例患者死亡,1例患者行根治性切除术后出现下肢功能障碍,随访4个月肿瘤未复发。结论 rPNET恶性程度高,治疗方案主要采用以手术为主的综合治疗,预后差。Objective To investigate the characteristics and surgical treatment of retroperitoneal primitive neuroectodermal tumor(rPNET). Methods The clinical data of 8 patients with rPNET admitted to the Affi liat ed Hospital of Qingdao University from May 2011 to September 2018 were collected. The clinical characteristics, auxiliary examination, treatment outcome and prognosis were analyzed. Results Of the 8 patients, 4 were males and 4 were females, aged 19-63 years, with an average of 32.8 years. Clinical manifestations were abdominal pain in 7 patients, and 1 patient was asymptomatic. Abdominal enhanced CT showed a retroperitoneal soft tissue density. Five patients underwent complete resection of the tumor, of which 4 underwent combined organ resection and 3 underwent palliative surgery. All patients were followed up for 1~13 months after operation, 7 patients died and 1 patient developed a lower limb dysfunction after radical tumor resection, the tumor did not recur after 4 months of follow-up. Conclusion rPNET has a high degree of malignancy. The treatment plan was a comprehensive treatment based on the surgery, and the prognosis of this disease is poor.
