摘 要:本文为解决袋奶下落后摆放不整齐问题,对原有袋奶下落整合装置进行优化创新,通过TRIZ理论进行系统分析,发现上下层袋奶之间、袋奶和原装置中开合托板之间存在有害作用。运用TRIZ理论中剪裁原则对开合托板进行剪裁,进而利用技术矛盾和矛盾矩阵原理找到对应的发明原理,最终找到解决问题的具体解决方案。经过多次测试,优化方案实现了袋奶的整齐下落,满足设备要求。In order to solve the problem of untidy placement behind the milk bag, this paper optimizes and innovates the original milk drop integration device. Through the use of TRIZ theory for systematic analysis, it was found that there were harmful effects between the upper and lower milk bags, between the milk bag and the open and closed tray in the original device. The cutting principle in TRIZ theory is used to cut the open and closed tray, and then the corresponding invention principle is found using the principle of technical contradiction and contradiction matrix, so as to find a specific solution to the problem. After many tests, the optimized scheme realizes the neat drop of bag milk and satisfies the equipment requirements.
