摘　　要：人源性肿瘤异种移植模型为肿瘤发生机制的研究、肿瘤药物的筛选和癌症治疗方案的评估提供了良好的临床前试验模型。近年来,人源性肿瘤异种移植模型的建立和应用在肿瘤领域的发展不断进步,在对癌症的研究中发挥重要作用。本文主要介绍人源性肿瘤异种移植模型在眼科肿瘤领域的应用进展。Patient-derived xenograft model provides a good preclinical trial model for the study of tumor mechanism,screening of tumor drugs and evaluation of cancer treatment.In recent years,the establishment of patient-derived xenograft model and its application in the field of cancer have been developing continuously and play an important role in the research of cancer.This paper mainly introduces the application of patient-derived xenograft model in the field of ophthalmic oncology.
