摘 要:现阶段,我国与“一带一路”沿线国家在双向留学与双向办学规模上都取得了令人瞩目的成绩。但是,在外延层面上,需解决我国跨境高等教育“引入”和“输出”教育人才与教育资源发展不平衡的问题;在内涵层面上,还存在参与主体较为单一,主体职能与定位不明晰的问题。实现我国跨境高等教育发展要推动“外延”和“内涵”协调发展,构建多元主体跨境高等教育运行体系,为我国、为世界培养更多优质的国际化人才。At the current stage, China and the countries along "the belt and road” have made remarkable achievements in two-way study and two-way education. However, at the level of extension, we need to solve the problem of the unbalanced development between the "import” and "export" of educational talents and educational resources in cross-border higher education of China;at the level of connotation, there are still problems of single participants and unclear functions and positioning of the subject. Therefore, to realize the development of cross-border higher education of China, we should promote the coordinated development of uextensionM and "connotation", construct a multi-subject cross-border higher education operation system, and cultivate more high-quality internationalized talents for China and the world.
