摘  要:通过问卷测量入馆年限为5年以内与5年以上的两组图书馆普通员工,并对这两组普通员工进行比较,从而探究入馆年限对图书馆普通员工的职业胜任力的影响。研究发现:入馆年限越长,图书馆的普通员工对组织工作中所需的执行力与问题解决能力的自我评价越弱,人际协调能力越差,工作所需的知识与技能、开放性均随之下降,然而随着入馆年限的积累,普通员工倾向于不离职,对组织的忠诚度也越高。We divided librarians into two groups by job tenure: one group was the librarians who worked in the library less than 5 years, the other was over 5 years. We surveyed and systematically compared competency of these two groups. Then we found: librarians with longer job tenure were weaker in execution and problem solving. They did worse in coordinating with others. In their mind, they did not need to promote knowledge and skills for work. They could not accept others5 thought so that they were lack of openness. With the growth of job tenure, librarians did not tend to quit and had higher organizational commitment.
