摘 要:以植物油脱臭馏出物经酯化、冷析、水洗过滤后的酯化液为原料,采用分子蒸馏工艺从酯化液中提取维生素E,通过响应面法分析分子蒸馏过程产生的馏出液中维生素E的含量和回收率,从而优化维生素E提取工艺参数。根据相关研究的经验,进料流量和蒸馏温度是非常重要的工艺参数,进料流量为2~6 ml/min,蒸馏温度为 90~ 140℃时,对维生素E提取作用显著。实验结果表明:蒸馏温度110℃,进料流量4.0 ml/min,维生素E质量分数达13.32%,回收率达95.12%。在进料流量较低、蒸馏温度较高的条件下,优化分离条件可获得高浓度的维生素E。The paper adopted molecular distillation technology to extract vitamin E from the esterification liquid. By analyzing vitamin E content and recovery rate in the distillate produced by the molecular distillation process using the response surface method, the extraction process parameters of vitamin E can be optimized. Based on relativeresearch experience, feed flow rate (F) and distillation temperature (T) were very important process parameters. Whenthefeed flow rate (F) range was at 2- 6 ml/min, andthe distillation temperature (T) range was at 90-140℃, itwould have a significant effect on vitamin E extraction. The experiment result showed that When the distillation temperature was 110℃, and feed flow rate was 4.0 ml/min, the vitamin E content couldbeashighas 13.32% and the recovery rate reached 95.12%. Under the conditions of low feed flow and high distillation temperature, high concentration of vitamin E can be obtained by optimizing the separation conditions.
