摘　　要：专业建设是高职院校发展和人才培养的根本环节。近十年来,北京劳动保障职业学院在这方面经历过三个阶段:一是围绕行业资源和第二产业办专业;二是根据北京产业结构走势,前瞻性进行专业设置;三是契合首都城市功能定位,优化专业调整,保持个性专业和实力专业的均衡发展,突出专业差异化,集中优势资源打造国内一流专业,提高专业的高端化和国际化水平。学院将以学分制改革为中心,不断提升专业内涵,最终形成“一体两翼,三足鼎立”的发展格局。Specialty construction is the fundamental link in the development of higher vocational colleges and personnel training.In the past ten years,Beijing Vocational College of Labor and Social Security has gone through three stages in this respect:first,to run specialties around industry resources and secondary industry;second,to set up specialties with perspective vision according to the trend of industrial structure in Beijing;third,to conform to the functional orientation of the capital city,optimize specialty adjustment,maintain the balanced development of individual specialties and strength specialties,highlight specialty differences,focus dominant resources to create first-class specialties,improve the professional“high-end”and“international”level.The College will focus on the reform of credit system,constantly enhance the professional connotation,and eventually form a development pattern of“one body,two wings,and three legs”.
