摘  要:通过向聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)中加入一定量的助剂,经双螺杆造粒得到增韧改性PET。结果表明:随着增韧剂含量的增加,改性PET材料的熔点降低,缺口冲击强度升高,拉伸强度下降,断裂伸长率先升高后下降,表面达因值逐步提高;在增韧剂含量一定且不改变其他组分的情况下,随着环状聚酯的增加,改性PET材料的熔体流动速率升高,流动性能大幅度提高;改性PET材料的主要性能已接近甚至超过了丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS),可替代ABS用于金属镀膜包装塑料件的生产。The toughening modified polyethylene terephthalate (PET) was obtained by adding a certain amount of auxiliary agent to PET through granulating with twin screw. The results show that with the increase of toughening agent content, the melting point of the modified PET decreases, and the notch impact strength increases, the tensile strength decreases, the elongation at break increases at first and then decreases, and the surface dynamics increases gradually. When the toughener content is constant and the other components are not changed, the melt flow rate of modified PET material increases and the flow properties are greatly improved with the increase of cyclic polyester. The main properties of the modified PET materials have approached or even exceeded ABS, which can replace ABS for the production of metal coated plastic packaging parts.
