摘　　要：《源氏物语》主人公光源氏之女明石女公子登上中宫之位的身份上的障碍有二:一是出生于偏僻的乡下明石浦;二是其母是地方官之女,身份卑微。光源氏自明石浦回京重返政坛后,力图通过人生仪式的方式为女儿消除这两点障碍,即利用出生仪式、“五十日”和穿裙仪式,使明石女公子成为真正的上流贵族家的小姐;并利用成人着裳仪式,为明石女公子铺就顺畅的入宫之路。可以说,仪式在明石女公子的身份转变中起着至关重要的作用。Akashinohimegimi,the heroine of The Tale of Genji,was born in a countryside named Asashinoura,and her mother Hikarugennji is the daughter of a magistrate,which proved to be two major impediments for Akashinohimegimi to ascend to the empress.Resuming to political stage after coming back from Akashinoura,Hikarugennji tried hard to eliminate these impediments for her daughter by Birth Ritual,Ikka and Hakamagi,which helped Akashinohimegimi become a real aristocrat lady of the upper class family.Adult ritual of Mogi was adopted by Hikarugennji to guarantee Akashinohimegimi’s smooth entrance to the royal palace.It can be said that rituals played a pivotal role in transforming the identity of Akashinohimegimi.
