摘 要:目的分析护士职业倦怠现状及影响因素,为医院管理提供建议。方法采用调查问卷对336名护士进行调查,全部数据采用SPSS19.0进行数据录入和分析,采用χ^2检验和logistic回归分析影响因素。结果在调查中,护士人员职业倦怠检出率为55.4%,学历、职称和工资收入是其影响因素。结论哈尔滨市护士人员职业倦怠情况比较严重,在制定管理方法时应更多地关注低学历、低职称者,适当提高护士工资水平。Objective To analyze the current situation and influencing factors of nurses’ job burnout,in order to pro vide suggestions for hospital management. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 336 nurses,all data were collected by SPSS19.0 for data entry and analysis,and the risk factors were discussed through χ^2 test and logistic analysis. Results The rate of job burnout was 55.4%,with education,title and salary as the influencing factors. Conclusion The job burnout of nurses in Harbin is serious,so more attention should be paid to those with low educational background and professional title when management plans are made, and the salary of nurses should be increased appropriately.
