摘　　要：目的探讨miR-31-5p在鼻咽癌患者外周血中的表达及临床意义。方法应用荧光定量PCR检测55例鼻咽癌患者和55例健康人外周血miR-31-5p相对表达量,分析两者之间的表达差异,探讨其与鼻咽癌患者临床病理特征以及放疗的关系。结果 miR-31-5p在鼻咽癌患者外周血中的表达水平明显低于健康人(P <0.01);鼻咽癌患者外周血miR-31-5p的表达水平与肿瘤T分期、局部有无淋巴转移、临床分期相关,但与性别、年龄及是否发生远处转移不相关。同时,放疗抵抗组miR-31-5p表达水平较放疗敏感组下降(P <0.01)。结论 miR-31-5p的低表达与鼻咽癌的发展及放疗有关,它可能成为鼻咽癌新的肿瘤标志物和治疗靶点。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of miR-31-5 p in peripheral blood of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods The relative expression of miR-31-5 p in the peripheral blood of 55 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma and 55 healthy controls were detected by quantitative real time polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR),then the difference between the two groups was analyzed,and the association between the miR-31-5 p expression and clinical pathologic parameters and radiotherapy was analyzed in patients with NPC. Results miR-31-5 p in the naspharyngeal carcinoma patients significantly lower expressed than in the healthy controls. Furthermore,lower expression of miR-31-5 p was highly correlated with clinical staging,T classification,local lymph node metastasis,but not distant metastasis. Moreover,radioresistance group expressed the lower miR-31-5 p than that in healthy controls. Conclusions The low expression of miR-31-5 p was associated with the development of nasopharyngeal carcinoma and radiotherapy resistance. It may be a new tumor biomarker and potential therapeutic target in NPC.
