摘　　要：本文介绍了企业全周期介入我校自动化专业人才培养,全方位和校内的培养模式有机结合,动态地建立了校企联合长效双赢的人才培养并实现实时改进和可持续发展的教学模式。以创新为导向,本文发展并探索出全方位全周期的校企协同自动化专业人才培养模式,为培养具有创新能力的自动化人才提供有益的探索和参考。The innovative talent training strategy on automation major is designed with the full cycle involving of enterprises using system engineering.The full participation of enterprises and education in campus is combined to establish a dynamic and win-win cooperation.With the purpose of cultivating innovative talents on automation,we develop a full-oriented and full-cycle enterprise participation mode for talents cultivation of automation,which provides useful exploration and reference for the training of significant automation personnel with innovative ability.
