摘 要:目的研究血管内皮生长因子-A(VEGF-A)、细胞膜骨架蛋白α-Adducin(ADD1)在胃癌(GC)组织中的表达及其与临床病理特征和预后的相关性。方法选取2010年5月至2012年5月浙江省台州医院确诊的147例GC患者的肿瘤组织及癌旁正常组织,分别作为研究组和对照组,采用免疫组织化学法检测两组VEGF-A和ADD1的表达水平,分析VEGF-A、ADD1的表达水平与GC患者的临床病理学特征及预后的关系。结果VEGF-A、ADD1在GC组织中的高表达率明显高于癌旁正常组织,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。肿瘤位置不同的GC患者中VEGF-A表达水平的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。组织分化程度、TNM分期、浸润深度、淋巴结转移不同的GC患者中ADD1表达水平差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。VEGF-A与ADD1在GC组织中的表达呈正相关。VEGF-A、ADD1高表达组的总生存率(OS)、无病生存率(DFS)均显著低于低表达组,差异均具有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论VEGF-A、ADD1在GC组织中呈高表达,VEGF-A表达水平与GC患者肿瘤位置及GC预后呈相关性,ADD1表达水平与GC患者组织分化程度、TNM分期、浸润深度、淋巴结转移及GC预后呈相关性,且VEGF-A与ADD1在GC组织中的表达呈正相关。Objective This paper attempts to investigate the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor A (VEGF-A) and α-Adducin (ADD1) in gastric cancer (GC) tissues and its correlation with clinicopathological features and prognosis. Methods The expression of VEGF-A and ADD1 in the cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues of 147 patients with GC diagnosed in Taizhou Hospital of Zhejiang Province from May 2010 to May 2012 was detected by immunohistochemistry and its correlation with clinicopathological features and prognosis was analyzed. Results The high expression rate of VEGF-A and ADD1 in GC tissues was significantly higher than that in normal tissues ( P <0.05). The difference of VEGF-A expression in GC patients with different tumor locations was statistically significant ( P <0.05). The ADD1 expression in GC patients with different histological differentiations, TNM stages, depth of invasions, and lymph node metastasis was statistically different ( P <0.05). VEGF-A was positively correlated with ADD1 in GC cancer tissues. The overall survival rate (OS) and disease-free survival rate (DFS) in the high expression group of VEGF-A and ADD1 were significantly lower than those in the low expression group ( P <0.05). Conclusions VEGF-A and ADD1 are highly expressed in GC tissues, and VEGF-A expression is correlated with tumor location and prognosis of GC patients, while the ADD1 expression is correlated to the differentiation degree, TNM stage, infiltration depth, lymph node metastasis, and prognosis of GC patients. Furthermore, VEGF-A is positively correlated with ADD1 in the GC cancer tissues.
