摘　　要：改革开放40年来,云南影视创作大致经历了三个发展阶段:第一阶段为改革开放初期,其时,注重思想性、艺术性和观赏性的创作和市场化探索开始前行,特别是电视剧和纪录片创作取得了优异的成绩;第二阶段为20世纪90年代,弘扬主旋律和市场化并举,主旋律作品的创作取得了骄人的成绩,纪录片也向多元化发展,商业类型片和情节剧的创作展开;第三阶段是新世纪以来,在全球化和市场化的深入影响下,云南影视又呈现突破性发展,电影产业化进程明显加快,影视消费水平明显提高,影视创作更趋国际化和多元化,硕果连连。但不可否认的是,在取得显著成绩和进步的同时,近年来的云南影视创作还处于新中国主流影视创作的“边缘”位置,云南的影视资源优势仅处于影视产品的最底端,无法参与影视产业最终的价值分配。因此,云南影视想要得以可持续发展,不能仅依靠政府资助,而要寻找一条市场与艺术相结合的发展道路。The creation of film and television in Yunnan experienced three stages since the reform and opening up of 40 years. The first stage is the initial stage of the reform and opening up when the ideological, artistic and experiential creation and marketization are experimented, in particular in the fields of TV series and documentaries. The second stage concerns the 1990s when a co-existence was seen of the promotion of the main-stream and marketization. During that period of time, the creation of the main-stream was dramatic, documentaries developed in diverse ways, and the commercial and melodrama also began. The third stage began in the new century, under the deep influence of globalization and marketization, when Yunnan film and TV developed at a great speed. Meanwhile, film industrialization is accelerated, consumption of film and TV is raised, the creation of film and TV is internationalized and diversified. It is undeniable, however, that the creation of films and TV in Yunnan is still in the “peripheral” of the main-stream of Chinese film and TV, although obvious improvement can be seen in recent years. Also, the resources for Yunnan film and TV is at the bottom so that they cannot be involved in the final value distribution. Finally, in order to sustainably develop Yunnan film and TV, it is needed to find a development measure to combine market and art, in addition to the governmental fund.
