摘 要:目的研究分析儿童脑电生理临床教学中融入病例为基础(CBL)及问题为基础(PBL)的整合教学模式的应用效果和价值。方法选取广西医科大学第一附属医院儿科神经专科研究生以及规范化培训医师共54名作为研究人群,随机原则按相应的教学方法分组,对照组和观察组各纳入27名,对照组引入常规教学法(LBL),观察组引入CBL+PBL整合模式教学法,运用统计学方法比较两组间的出科考核成绩、自身评价以及教学满意度等指标的差异,以明确CBL联合PBL的教学效果。结果考核成绩、自身评价以及教学满意度等指标,两组间比较有显著差异,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05),提示CBL+PBL的整合教学模式有利于学员综合能力的培养。结论小儿神经病学的脑电图教学采用CBL联合PBL教学模式在研究生培养及规范化培训中的效果显著在临床教学中有一定的应用效果和参考价值。Purpose:To study and analyze the clinical teaching application effect and value of the Case-Based Learning(CBL)with Problem-Based Learning(PBL)modes in the field of brain electrophysiology.Methods:Our cohort of 54 neurology graduate students and standardized training physicians were considerate as an object set which data from the pediatrics department in 2018 grade were retrieved from Guangxi Medical University.With methods of random grouping,they divided into the control group(n=27)with Lecture-Based Learning(LBL)and the observation group(n=27)with CBL and PBL.Using SPSS statistical software(version 22.0)to compare the differences of examination results,self-evaluation and teaching satisfaction among the two groups.Results:There were significant differences between two groups in all of the indexes of examination results,self-evaluation and teaching satisfaction(P<0.05).Suggested that the teaching mode of CBL and PBL is beneficial to the cultivation of students'comprehensive abilities.Conclusion:The effect of training in neurology graduate students and standardized training physicians is remarkable by CBL and PBL teaching mode.
