摘  要:介绍了炼钢厂连铸第一作业区PLC网络构成,以及在连铸机生产状态下网络出现的故障。利用冗余设备及线路采取相应的应急办法。连铸机在生产过程中,各PLC控制系统之间以及PLC控制系统与二级网络之间需要大量的数据交换,如果在生产状态下数据交换出现中断,会造成PLC控制系统不能对现场执行设备进行实时的控制与监控,造成连铸机生产线停产。同时二级系统也不能从一级控制系统得到实时准确的数据,造成模型计算失真,影响产品质量。采用网络冗余设计可以实现不间断生产,或者在极短的时间内迅速恢复网络通讯,从而确保连铸机设备安全、稳定运行。The article mainly introduces the network structure of No.1 Continue Casting Shop’s PLCs, and the network breakdown in the production of continuous caster, using some pre-prepared redundant equipment and lines to take appropriate measures. Continuous caster in production process, a lot of data exchange is needed between PLC systems and between control system and secondary network. If there is an interruption in production, it will cause PLC control system can’t control or monitor executive equipment on site real-time,which cause caster stop production. At the same time, the secondary system can not get real-time accurate date from the primary control system, distortion of model calculation and affects product quality. Using network redundancy design can achieve uninterrupted production,or restore network communication quickly in a very short time , in order to ensure the safe and stable operation of equipment.
