摘 要:目的比较高效液相色谱法(HPLC)和气相色谱法(GC)测定舒脑欣滴丸中藁本内酯含量的差别。方法采用HPLC法、GC法对舒脑欣滴丸中藁本内酯的含量进行测定。结果GC法,藁本内酯在10~50μL·mL^-1浓度范围内呈现良好的线性关系(r=0.9993),测得的舒脑欣滴丸中藁本内酯含量为676.7μg/丸;HPLC法,藁本内酯浓度在5~50μg·mL^-1浓度范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9997),测得的舒脑欣滴丸中藁本内酯含量为687.16μg/丸。结论经F检验两种方法测得舒脑欣滴丸中藁本内酯含量结果基本接近,两种方法均可用作藁本内酯含量测定。Objective:To compare the content of ligustilide in Shunaoxin dropping pills by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)and gas chromatography(GC).Methods:HPLC and GC were used to determine the content of ligusticide in Shunaoxin dripping pills.Results:GC showed that ligustilide had a good linear relationship(r=0.9993)in the concentration range of 10~50μL·mL^-1.The content of ligustilide in Shunaoxin dropping pills was 676.7μg/pill.HPLC showed that ligustilide had a good linear relationship with peak area(r=0.9997)in the range of 5~50μg·mL^-1.The content of ligusticide in Shunaoxin dripping pills was 687.16μg/pills.Conclusion:The content of ligustilide in Shunaoxin dropping pills determined by F-test gas chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography is almost the same.Both methods can be used for the determination of ligustilide.
