摘  要:采用弯曲共振法测量合金的减振性能,研究了添加0.3%Mn、0.5%Si元素及不同的退火温度对Fe-Cr-Mo减振合金性能的影响。结果表明,Fe-Cr-Mo合金在900~1100℃退火温度范围内,随着退火温度的升高,阻尼和强度先增大后减小,均在1000℃存在峰值,而冲击吸收能量逐渐减小。同时,0.3%Mn、0.5%Si合金元素的添加对Fe-Cr-Mo合金减振性能和力学性能有较大影响。900℃和1000℃退火时,合金阻尼值分别降低10.6%和16.8%,1100℃退火时,阻尼值提高8.1%。900~1100℃退火时,添加0.3%Mn和0.5%Si元素使抗拉强度提高;冲击吸收能量在900℃提高9.1%,在1000℃和1100℃分别降低90.8%和75.4%。Effects of addition of alloy element(0.3%Mn,0.5%Si)and annealing temperature on properties of Fe-Cr-Mo alloy were investigated.The damping capacity of the alloy was tested by using flexural resonance method.The results show that the damping capacity and strength of Fe-Cr-Mo alloy increase first and then decrease when the impact absorbed energy decreases in the range of 900-1100℃.Meanwhile,the addition of 0.3%Mn and 0.5%Si has great impact on damping capacity and mechanical properties of Fe-Cr-Mo alloys.The internal friction is decreased by 10.6%and 16.8%.When the annealing temperature is 900℃and 1000℃respectively.At 1100℃,the damping capacity is increased by 8.1%.The addition of alloy element can increase the strength between 900-1100℃.The impact absorbed energy is increased by 9.1%at 900℃,and decreased by 90.8%and 75.4%at 1000℃and 1100℃,respectively.
