摘  要:目的:评价及研究云南野生黄毛草莓鲜果的营养价值、质量标准。方法:将云南野生黄毛草莓鲜果用湿法消解后,采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定其鲜果中的矿物质元素。结果:所建立的方法有较好的检出限,加标回收率在97.62%~100.90%之间,准确度高;标准相对偏差小于2.32%,精密度好,可实现云南野生黄毛草莓鲜果中11种矿物质元素的同时快速测定。结论:所建立的方法,样品前处理简单,无需特殊仪器设备,可直接同时测定黄毛草莓鲜果中11种矿物质元素的含量。Objective: To scientifically and reasonably evaluate the nutritional value and quality standard of Yunnan Fragaria nilgerrensis Schlecht fresh fruit . Methods: The fresh fruit of Fragaria nilgerrensis Schlecht in Yunnan Province was digested by wet method,and the mineral elements in the fresh fruit were determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES). Result: The method is simple in sample pretreatment and can directly and simultaneously determine 11 mineral elements in fresh strawberry fruit without special equipment. Conclusion: The method has a good detection limit. The recovery rate of standard addition is between 97. 62% and 100. 90%,and the accuracy is high. The standard relative deviation is less than 2. 32%, and the precision is good. It can realize the simultaneous and rapid determination of 11 mineral elements in Yunnan Fragaria nilgerrensis Schlecht fresh fruit .
