摘 要:针对分布式新能源、电动汽车以及各种储能装置的大量接入,给低压配电网带来三相不平衡及电网谐波等电能质量问题.提出一种基于小脑神经网络(CMAC)与比例积分(PI)算法相结合控制的有源电力滤波器(APF)控制方法,对低压配电网中的三相不平衡及谐波等问题进行了有效治理。仿真结果表明.该控制方法对治理低压配电网三相不平衡与谐波问题效果明显,克服了网侧电流存在突波的现象。In order to solve the problem of three-phase imbalance and harmonic wave in low-voltage distribution network caused by the massive access of distributed new energy,electric vehicles and various energy storage devices. A control method of active power filter (APF) is proposed by combining CMAC neural network and PI algorithm to realize the effective treatment of three-phase unbalance and harmonic problems in low-voltage distribution network. The simulation results show that the control method has obvious effects on simultaneously controlling the threephase unbalance and harmonic problems of the low-voltage distribution network. Overcome the phenomenon that there is a surge in the current on the grid side. Improve APF compensation ability.
