摘 要:20世纪90年代,明茨伯格在《战略历程》一书中提出"战略管理的十大流派",系统总结了战略管理研究涉及的管理思想。本文从认知学派视角出发,通过考察认知视角的研究内容,辨析认知学派与其他流派的关系,说明其在战略管理研究中的学术价值。这是战略管理十大流派经典分类体系联系传统认知学派与新近企业行为战略(BehavioralStrategy)研究的新尝试。在此基础上,本文对认知学派在战略管理学界引发的理论争鸣进行述评,提出认知学派在争鸣下可能需要进一步研究的方向与问题。In the 1990 s, Mintzberg put forward the "ten schools of strategic management" in the book Strategy Safari, which systematically summarized the management thoughts involved in the study of strategic management. From the perspective of the cognitive school, this paper explains the academic value of the cognitive school in the study of strategic management by investigating the research content of the cognitive perspective and differentiating the relationship between the cognitive school and other schools. This is a new attempt to combine the classic classification system of ten schools of strategic management with the research on behavioral strategy of traditional cognitive school. On this basis, this paper reviews the theoretical disputes caused by the cognitive school in the field of strategic management, and puts forward the directions and problems that the cognitive school may need further research under the controversy. Finally, we believe that the cognitive school is the theoretical discourse of strategic management scholars from the perspective of cognition-behavior to integrate the strategic management thoughts and views. In essence, it complies with the trend of the integration and development of knowledge of different disciplines. On the one hand, it shows the openness and inclusiveness of contemporary management science;on the other hand, it also reflects the subjective attempt of cognitive school itself to absorb and integrate the viewpoints and thoughts of other schools and even disciplines and transform them into its own theoretical system. The cognitive school advocates reinterpreting the existing strategic theory from the perspective of cognition-behavior. Its fundamental purpose is to strengthen the micro foundation of strategic management and fully reflect the discourse form and value orientation inherited from behavioral economics and psychology.
