摘 要:目的蜡样芽孢杆菌是一种革兰阳性杆菌,它可污染多种食品导致人类发生食物中毒。分析一起新生儿奶液蜡样芽孢杆菌污染事件,调查污染的原因,为科学防控提供依据。方法调查同期收住的新生儿总人数和新生儿肺炎人数,后者均送呼吸道分泌物标本做细菌培养和鉴定,对新生儿室和营养科配奶室进行环境卫生学采样并进行细菌培养和鉴定。结果 2018-09-04-2018-09-21,共收住新生儿52例,其中新生儿肺炎20例,后者有6例患儿的呼吸道分泌物中检出蜡样芽孢杆菌,检出率为30%。在新生儿室和配奶间共采样20份,检出蜡样芽孢杆菌10份,检出率为50%;检出蜡样芽孢杆菌的样本包括配奶工具6份、奶瓶盖1份、消毒柜内壁1份、奶液1份及配奶工的手1份。结论本起新生儿奶液蜡样芽孢杆菌污染事件的原因是配奶过程污染,必须加强配奶间的院感管理,改进配奶工具的消毒灭菌方法,规范操作流程,避免类似事件发生。OBJECTIVE Bacillus cereus is a Gram-positive bacillus that can contaminate a variety of foods and cause food poisoning in humans.The study is to analyze the contamination incident of Bacillus cereus in newborn milk,investigate the cause of pollution,and provide evidence for scientific prevention and control.METHODS The total number of newborns and neonatal pneumonia were collected in the same period.The respiratory secretions of the latter were detected for bacterial culture and identification.Environmental hygiene specimens were collected in the newborn room and nutrition department,and bacterial culture and identification were conducted.RESULTS From September 4 to September 21,2018,a total of 52 neonates were enrolled,including 20 neonatal pneumonia,and the latter had 6 cases of respiratory secretions detected by Bacillus cereus.The detection rate was 30%.A total of 20 samples were taken in the neonatal room and nutrition department,10 samples of Bacillus cereus were detected,and the detection rate was 50%.The samples which Bacillus cereus were detected include 6 samples of the milking tool,1 sample of the bottle cap,1 sample of disinfection cabinet,1 sample of milk,1 sample of the hand of milkman.CONCLUSIONS The cause of the contamination incident of Bacillus cereus in newborn milk is the pollution of the milking process.It is necessary to strengthen the management of infection control of the milking room,improve the disinfection and sterilization methods of the milking tools,standardize the operation process,and avoid similar incidents.
