摘  要:马铃薯枯萎病是马铃薯生产上的重要土传病害之一,危害严重,难于防治。本研究利用自主研发的3种植物免疫剂对马铃薯枯萎病菌(Fusarium oxysporum)的抑制作用及其防治效果进行了研究。结果发现,3种植物免疫剂对马铃薯枯萎病菌的菌丝生长均有一定的抑制作用。其中,植物免疫剂JM1号抑制作用最强,接种后2d、4d、6d的抑制率分别为69.2%、48.82%、39.31%。JM2号的抑菌作用次之,接种后2d、4d、6d的抑制率分别为44.3%、30.11%、21.6%。JM3号抑菌作用最弱,接种后2d、4d、6d的抑制率分别为18.99%、20.66%、17.93%。在含有植物免疫剂的培养基上生长的菌丝比较紧密,在接种的菌饼周围无紫色素产生。植物免疫剂JM1号对马铃薯枯萎病菌的菌丝形态没有明显影响。温室盆栽实验表明,植物免疫剂JM1号对马铃薯枯萎病的防治效果较好,相对防治效果为45.4%,略低于化学杀菌剂多菌灵的防治效果(63.97%)。植物免疫剂JM1号稀释5×10-1和10-2后丧失了对马铃薯枯萎病菌菌丝生长的抑制作用和病害防治效果。上述研究结果对生产上应用植物免疫剂JM1进行绿色防控马铃薯枯萎病具有重要指导意义。Potato Fusarium wilt caused by Fusarium oxysporum is one of the important soil-borne diseases in potato. Here,three plant immune reagents were used to examine their inhibition effect on Fusarium oxysporumin potato in vitro and in vivo.The results showed that three reagents could certainly inhibit the hyphae growth in vitro.The JM1 displayed the best effect with the inhibition rates of 69.2%、48.82%、39.31% at 2 d, 4 d, and 6 d respectively. The inhibition rates of JM2 were 44.3%、30.11%、21.6% at the same time points as above. The inhibition rates of JM3 were 18.99%、20.66%、17.93% respectively.JM1 does not show obvious effect on the hyphae morphology.However,the hyphae is growing tightly and no production of purple pigments around the inoculum.Under the green house condition,we found that JM1 could effectively control the disease infection of potato Fusarium wilt with the efficiency of 45.4%,which is slightly less than that of chemical reagent(Carbendazim).However,the production of the purple pigment from hyphae was inhibited by JM1. The inhibition effect of the diluted JM1(5×10-1 and 10-2) on Fusarium oxysporumin were dramatically lost in vitro and in vivo.Our data showed that the plant immune reagent JM1 is able to efficiently inhibit the Fusarium oxysporumin in potato, which is useful for safely application point of this reagent in controlling this disease in field.
