摘  要:目的评价机用镍钛根管器械与电子根尖定位仪联合使用对磨牙根管预备的影响。方法将需行根管治疗的64颗磨牙随机分为两组:A组(常规法)采用常规机用镍钛预备法、B组(联合法)采用机用镍钛根管器械与电测仪实时联合预备法。根管预备完成后,拍摄试尖片,对两组工作长度的合格率进行比较;并对患者根管治疗诊间急症情况进行统计。结果试尖片显示,A组的合格率为81.2%,B组合格率为100%,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。根管治疗诊间急诊(IAE)发生率A组为12.5%,B组为3.1%,两组间无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论机用镍钛根管预备系统与电子根尖定位仪联合使用可有效减少根管预备时工作长度的误差,提高根管预备的质量。Objective To evaluate the influence of nickel-titanium rotary system combined with electronic apex locator on molar root canal preparation. Methods Sixty-four molars with root canal therapy were randomly divided into two groups:group A using conventional preparing method, group B using nickel-titanium rotary system combined with electronic apex locator. After root canal preparing,qualification rate of working length of two groups were compared with X-ray. The situations of endodontic interappointment emergencies(IEA) of the patients were recorded. Results The qualification rate of working length for group A with X-ray was 81.2%.That for group B was 100%(P<0.05). There was significant difference between the two groups. The IEA occurrence rate for A was 12.5%, for B was 3.1%. There was no significant difference between the two groups(P >0.05). Conclusion The nickel-titanium rotary system combined with electronic apex locator can effectively reduce errors of working length for molars during root canal preparation, and improve the quality of root canal preparation.
