遮阴和氮肥互作效应对金荞麦生长和生理生态机制的影响

摘  要:本文通过盆栽试验,研究不同遮阴度(全光、轻度遮阴约40%、重度遮阴约90%)与氮肥(0、1 g/株)互作对金荞麦叶片指标、形态指标、生物量、叶绿素含量以及叶绿素荧光参数的影响。结果表明:遮阴度为40%时,叶片指标叶长和叶宽均为最大值,叶面积高于不遮阴处理52.15%;施氮处理(N)茎生物量、叶生物量和地上部生物量分别较不施氮处理CK高186.51%、544.31%和315.61%;与CK处理相比,不同遮阴度与氮肥互作对叶绿素含量(SPAD)、PSⅡ最大光化学量子产量(Fv/Fm)、实际光量子产量(YⅡ)、非光化学淬灭系数(qN)指标影响显著。施用氮肥可以降低光照不足对金荞麦生长的抑制影响,各指标在遮阴度为40%时均显示最优状态,当遮阴度大于90%后,氮素对光照逆境的缓冲效果逐渐减弱,基本可以忽略不计。The effects of different shading degrees (total light,mild shading about 40%,severe shading about 90%) and nitrogen fertilizer (0,1 g/plant) on leaf indexes,morphological indexes,biomass,chlorophyll content and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters were studied by pot experiment. The results showed that when the shading degree was 40%,both the leaf length and the leaf width index were the maximum,and the leaf area was 52.15% higher than the non-shading treatment. Stem biomass,leaf biomass and aboveground biomass in the nitrogen treatment(N) were 186.51%,544.31% and 315.61% higher than without nitrogen treatment(CK),respectively. Compared with CK treatment,the effect of different shade and nitrogen fertilizer on SPAD,Fv/Fm,Y Ⅱ was significant. After nitrogen fertilizer application,the inhibition effect of insufficient light on the growth of golden buckwheat could be reduced. All indicators showed the optimal state when the shading degree was 40%. When the shading degree was more than 90%,the buffering effect of nitrogen on light adversity was gradually weakened,basically negligible.
