摘　　要：“互联网+”时代,社会技术、社会治理方式、公众观念与需求的发展与转变使档案职业内部因素与外部环境都发生了巨大变化,档案职业发展面临新的机遇和挑战。文章从我国档案职业主体结构、客体形态、内容以及技能与条件等职业要素入手,分析其在“互联网+”时代的变化、现状与不足,并提出档案职业要顺应时代需求、明确职业定位、加强主体专业化建设和客体资源体系建设、提升和拓展职业技能、改善职业环境,从而促进职业认同,实现自我革新。In the age of Internet +, the society has changed a lot in technology and ways of governance, meanwhile, the public concept and demand have also transformed. In consequence, both internal factors and external environment in archival profession have changed in this context, which brings new opportunities and challenges to the development of archival profession. After analyzing the professional factors in the change, current situation and shortcomings of archival profession from its main structure, object form, content, skills and conditions needed, the article proposes that the archival profession should conform to the needs of the times, clarify the career orientation, strengthen the construction of the subject specialization and the object resource system, enhance and expand vocational skills, improve the professional environment, promote professional identity, and achieve self-innovation.
