摘 要:调研了商用塑封器件用于宇航任务时的一般质量保证要求,重点分析美国太空探索技术(SpaceX)公司基于实际工况的器件级、板级相结合的筛选、考核试验方法和选用策略。在此基础上提出国内航天任务用商用塑封器件质量保证方法改进建议,例如适当降低器件级试验要求并增加板级筛选和考核试验。最后,给出典型电装后单板筛选的低成本质量保证方案,在保证器件应用可靠性的同时能有效优化流程、降低成本。The general quality assurance requirements are investigated when commercial PEMs(plastic encapsulated microelectronics) have been applied in space missions. The selective strategy, and the method of screening and qualification test featured by realistic tasks of SpaceX Corp. are mainly analyzed. On this basis, the suggestions on the improvement of the quality assurance process of PEMs used in domestic space missions are proposed, such as reducing the requirements of part level test and increasing the board level screening and qualification test. Finally, a quality assurance scheme for board level screening after the parts assembly is presented. It can effectively optimize the process and reduce the cost while ensuring the reliability of PEMs application.
