摘　　要：目的探讨Acrysof Toric复曲面人工晶状体(IOL)在高度近视并发白内障合并规则角膜散光患者的临床效果及其旋转稳定性。方法选取高度近视并发白内障合并规则角膜散光的患者51例,随机分为研究组和对照组,分别植入AcrySof Toric IOL和AcrySof Natural IOL,比较两组患者植入术后1周、1个月、3个月患者裸眼视力(UCVA)、最佳矫正视力(BCVA)、残余散光、观察组IOL轴位旋转稳定性。结果术后1周、1个月、3个月观察组患者UCVA≥0.8眼数明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者不同研究时间点残余散光度对比均具有显著性差异(P<0.05);术后3个月时,观察组28只眼IOL轴位旋转度均<20°,平均(3.1±1.2)°。结论 Acrysof Toric复曲面人工晶状体应用于高度近视并发白内障合并规则角膜散光患者临床治疗效果显著,且旋转稳定性高。Objective To investigate the Acrysof Toric toric intraocular lens(IOL) on the clinical effect of cataract with high myopia with regular corneal astigmatism patients and its rotational stability.Method 51 patients with complicated cataract with high myopia astigmatism rules, were randomly divided into study group and control group were implanted with AcrySof Toric IOL and AcrySof Natural IOL, compared two groups of patients after implantation for 1 weeks, 1 months, 3 months in patients with uncorrected visual acuity(UCVA), best corrected visual acuity(BCVA), residual astigmatismandIOL axial rotational stabilityin the observation group.Results After 1 weeks, 1 months, 3 the patients in the observation group were UCVA more than 0.8 months the number of eyes was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);different study time of two groups of patients with residual astigmatism were compared with significant difference(P<0.05);3 months after operation, the observation group of 28 eyes with IOL axial rotation were less than 20 degrees, the average(3.1+1.2 degrees).Conclusion The Acrysof Toric toric intraocular lens(IOL) used in cataract with high myopia combined with regular clinical treatment of patients with corneal astigmatism and rotation effect, high stability.
