摘  要:体育教师是教师的重要组成部分。体育课因其学科的特殊性,要求体育教师不仅要具备丰富的理论知识,还要掌握较全面的体育技能,在"新师范"建设中扮演着重要角色。为了进一步了解我省中小学体育教师现状及需求,华南师范大学作为此次立项单位之一,结合《方案》要求,对广东省阳江市及佛山市顺德区两地部分中小学体育老师进行调研,调研方法为访谈法。PE teacher is an important kind of teachers. Due to the particularity of PE,PE teachers are required to have not only rich theoretical knowledge but also comprehensive sports skills,playing an important role in the construction of " new normal". In order to further understand the current situation and needs of PE teachers in primary and middle schools in our province,South China Normal University,as one of the initiators of this project,conducted a survey on PE teachers in primary and middle schools in Yangjiang City and Shunde District in Foshan City,combining the requirements of the plan. The main survey method is interview method.
