摘 要:挖掘机市场竞争激烈,为了提高多型号再设计效率,满足用户时常更新关键参数的需求,开发了挖掘机关键部件动臂的可重用参数化设计系统。基于Siemens NX的WAVE功能和PTS模块,构建了挖掘机动臂的参数化模型,利用WAVE功能和PTS强大的交互操作功能实现了无代码的可重用系统的编制,并通过UG/Open二次开发工具构建了系统的操作使用菜单栏,最后通过刚柔耦合动态强度仿真验证了模型的可靠性。整个系统界面直观、操作简单,缩短了挖掘机动臂的设计周期,提高了动臂的再设计效率。Excavator market competition is fierce, in order to improve the efficiency of multi-model redesign, to meet the needs of users often updated key parameters, a reusable design system for boom of excavator key components has been developed. Based on Siemens NX′ s PTS module and WAVE function, a parameterized model of large excavator boom is constructed, and a codeless and reusable system is compiled by utilizing the powerful interworking function of PTS and WAVE, and through the UG/Open secondary development tools to build the system′s operating menu bar. At last, the reliability of the model is verified by the dynamic intensity simulation. The entire system interface is intuitive and easy to operate, which greatly shortens the design cycle of the excavator boom and improves the design efficiency of the boom.
