摘 要:分析了数控木工机床加工过程中五个关键步骤和操作动作,提出了键盘与肘部等高、单手握持操控器和腰椎弯曲范围0°~70°等几种改善操作舒适度的动作。对操作过程中可能影响工作效率的步骤进行了优化,通过加装限位模具、强力磁铁等措施对工作过程中的危险进行合理规避,以提高工作效率。Five key steps and operation actions in the process of CNC woodworking machine were analyzed, and several actions to improve the comfort of operation were put forward, such as the height of keyboard and elbow, the single-hand holding controller and the bending range of lumbar vertebra 0°~70°.The steps that may affect the working efficiency in the operation process were optimized , and the danger in the working process by means of installing limit mould and strong magnet was reasonably avoided, so as to improve the working efficiency.
