摘 要:近年来,大学生体质健康问题受到社会的广泛关注。调查发现,安徽中医药大学学生体质2016-2018年健康测试结果呈逐年下降趋势,学生由于缺乏体育锻炼导致体质健康状况不容乐观。为改善大学生体质健康状况,本研究将体质健康发展新机制应用于医学院校进行初步探索,其方式是按照设计的锻炼计划,通过App“打卡”的形式监督学生进行体育锻炼。研究表明,采用新机制后,学生的体质健康测试结果明显改善,不及格率从10.68%下降至3.15%,说明了本研究应用的新机制对提高学生体质健康水平有积极意义。In recent years, college students’ physical health has attracted widespread attention. It is found that the results of the physical health test of college students at Anhui University of Chinese Medicine from 2016 to 2018 show a downward trend year by year, and the students’ physical health status is not optimistic because of lack of physical exercise. In order to improve the physical health of college students, the new mechanism of physical health development is applied to medical colleges and universities for preliminary exploration. The way is to supervise the students’ physical exercise in the form of App “punch-in” according to the designed exercise plan. The results show that by adopting the new mechanism, the students’ physical health test results have been significantly improved, and the failure rate has dropped from 10.68% to 3.15%. It is indicated that the new mechanism adopted in this study is valuable for improving the students’ physical health.
