摘 要:目的:对桑枝多酚及其中主要成分的制备工艺和抗氧化活性进行研究,为其开发利用提供参考。方法:桑枝的75%乙醇提取物采用大孔树脂精制,对其中的主成分进行分离鉴定和HPLC含量测定,采用DPPH和ABTS法测试其抗氧化活性。结果:桑枝经提取和精制获得柘木多酚MAP-1~3;从MAP-2、MAP-3中进一步分离获得化合物1、2,经鉴定依次为桑皮苷A、桑皮黄素。采用静态和动态实验筛选,获得优选的AB-8大孔树脂精制工艺参数。抗氧化活性测验结果表明,CTP-1~3对DPPH和ABTS自由基均有抗氧化活性。结论:桑枝多酚具有较强抗氧化活性,桑皮苷A和桑皮黄素是其主要活性成分。Objective: Polyphenols and key ingredients of twigs of Morus alba were investigated for their potential future utilities in this study,together with their antioxidant capacities. Methods: The twigs of Morus alba were extracted with 75% ethanol to give MAP-1,followed by AB-8 macroporous resin purification to give two fractions from 40% and 90% ethanol elution,MAP-2 and MAP-3,respectively. Results: Mulberroside A ( 1 )and mulberrin ( 2 )were separated and identified from MAP-2 and MAP-3,respectively,which were determined to be major ingredients.Both static and dynamic tests were conducted to develop process parameters of MAPs by optimal AB-8 resin.CTP-1-3 showed apparent antioxidant capacities against both DPPH and ABTS free radicals. Conclusion: Polyphenols of twigs of M.alba possess strong antioxidant capacities,with mulberroside A and mulberrin as the major ingredient within them.
