摘 要:针对企业提出的中大型轴承内外套车削加工全自动化的要求,设计开发了一套机器人自动上下料系统。该系统以六轴关节型工业机器人为基础,将工业机器人与CNC机床有机结合,通过设计机器人末端执行器、上下料道和转换台等,结合气动技术、PLC控制技术与传感器技术,实现了对不同尺寸工件的抓取、换面和自动装卸。通过在企业生产车间的实际运用,证明该系统可以完全替代操作人员进行生产,可以省时、省力并高效地完成轴承工件自动上下料任务,实现了自动化生产。In order to meet the requirement of complete automation of turning inner and outer sleeve of medium and large bearing put forward by the enterprise, a robot automatic loading and unloading system was designed and developed. Based on the six-axis joint industrial robot, the system combined the industrial robot with CNC machine tools organically. Through the design of robot end-effector, upper and lower feeding channel and conversion table, as well as the combination of pneumatic technology, PLC control technology and sensor technology, the system realized the grasping, face changing and automatic loading and unloading of workpieces in different sizes. Through the practical application in the production workshop of the enterprise, it was proved that the system can completely replace the operator for production, and can save time, labor and be efficiency to complete the automatic loading and unloading task of bearing workpiece, and realize automatic production.
