精准护理在预防非霍奇金淋巴瘤化疗患者PICC相关性上肢深静脉血栓形成的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨精准护理在预防非霍奇金淋巴瘤化疗患者中心静脉导管(PICC)相关性上肢深静脉血栓形成(PICC-UEDVT)的效果。方法:选取2018年1—12月入住广西医科大学附属肿瘤医院经PICC化疗的360例非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组180例。对照组实施常规护理,实验组在对照组的护理基础上实施精准护理。比较两组置管时间、有症状PICC-UEDVT、静脉炎、导管相关血流感染的发生率。结果:两组PICC导管留置时间、导管相关血流感染发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),实验组有症状PICC-UEDVT发生率、静脉炎发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:精准护理可降低非霍奇金淋巴瘤化疗患者PICC-UEDV和静脉炎发生率,值得临床推广应用。Objective: To investigate the effect of precise nursingcare on the prevention of peripherally inserted central venous catheters related upper extremity deep venous thrombosis (PICC-UEDVT) in patients with non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma receiving chemotherapy. Methods: A total of 360 patients with non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma who received chemotherapy with PICC from January 2018 to December 2018 were enrolled, and divided into an experimental group and a control group, with 180 casesin each group.The patients in the experimental group were given precise nursing care, and those in the control group received conventional nursing care.The catheter-retaining time and the incidence of PICC-UEDVT symptoms were compared between the two groups. Results: There was no significant difference in the catheter-retaining time of PICC between the two groups ( P >0.05).The incidence of PICC-UEDVT and phlebitis in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group ( P <0.05). Conclusion: Precise nursing care for non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma patients who receive chemotherapy could reduce the incidence of PICC-UEDVT and phlebitis.
