摘 要:针对当前大型停车装置的缺点与不足和现有小区停车难的问题,介绍了现有停车装置的发展现状,提出了一种App控制的双层智能停车装置的设计方案;该装置使用手机App对下载车板的横向移动以及对上载车板的升降运动进行控制,论述了双层智能停车装置的总体结构和工作原理,应用Solid Works软件建立了机械部分的三维模型,并进行双摇杆机构的理论计算,表明设计方案可行,完成了停车装置控制系统设计,满足了停车装置的控制功能和使用要求.对于解决我国小区发展过程中面临的停车难问题有着举足轻重的作用,具有现实的社会意义和良好的发展前景,有望得到广泛应用.In view of the shortcomings of the current large-scale parking devices and the existing problems of parking in residential areas,the development status of the current parking devices is introduced,and a design scheme of an App controlled double-deck intelligent parking device is proposed. The device uses a mobile App to control the lateral movement of the below carry-board and the lifting movement of the above carry-board. Besides,the overall structure and the working principle of the double intelligent parking device are discussed. The SolidWorks software is used to build the 3 d model of the mechanical part,and the theoretical calculation of the double rocker mechanism shows that the design scheme is feasible. The control system design of the parking device is completed,which satisfies the control function and operation requirements of the parking device. It plays a decisive role in solving the problem of parking in the process of the development of residential areas in China. It has realistic social significance and good development prospects,and is expected to be widely used.
