摘 要:目的研究分析素食人群与非素食人群四种肠道菌群的差异。方法收集符合标准的素食人群与非素食人群大便作肠道细菌培养,在2017年10月~2018年1月在体检中心采集大便样本。根椐素食者与非素食者进行分组,记录其大便的外观性状后进行目标菌培养,对肠道菌群大肠杆菌、肠球菌、双歧杆菌和乳酸杆菌进行比较分析。结果素食人群大便性状正常所占比高于非素食人群(59%vs.35%,P<0.05)。两组对比,分男性和女性进行对比,均发现两组大肠杆菌和双歧杆菌无明显变化(P>0.05)。而两组对比,男性组和女性组对比发现素食人群的肠球菌比非素食人群的都明显减少(P<0.05)[(4.03±0.88)lgCFU/gvs.(6.02±1.42)lgCFU/g,(5.22±1.02)lgCFU/gvs.(6.82±1.22)lgCFU,(3.43±1.16)lgCFU/gvs.(5.22±0.88)lgCFU],而乳酸杆菌明显增加(P<0.05)[(2.88±0.36)lgCFU/gvs.(1.08±0.46)lgCFU/g,(2.28±0.48)lgCFU/gvs.(1.08±0.66)lgCFU,(3.02±0.22)lgCFU/gvs.(1.08±0.42)lgCFU]。结论素食组和非素食组的大肠杆菌和双歧杆菌无明显差异,而肠球菌和乳酸杆菌有差异。Objective To study the differences of four intestinal flora between vegetarian and non-vegetarian people. Methods Feces of vegetarian and non-vegetarian people meeting the standards were collected for intestinal bacteria culture, and feces samples were collected at the physical examination center from October 2017 to January 2018.Vegetarians and non-vegetarians were divided into 2 groups, and the outward appearance of their stool was recorded, and then the target bacteria were cultured. The intestinal flora of e. coli, enterococcus, bifidobacterium and lactobacillus were compared and analyzed. Results The proportion of vegetarians with normal stool traits was higher than that of non-vegetarians( 59% vs. 35%, P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in e. coli and bifidobacterium between the two groups( P > 0.05). Compared with the two groups, male group and female group found that the enterococcus of vegetarian group was significantly lower than that of non-vegetarian group( P < 0.05).[(4.03 ±0.88) lg CFU/g vs.( 6.02 ±1.42) lg CFU/g,(5.22 ±1.02)lg CFU/g vs.( 6.82 ±1.22) lg CFU,(3.43 ±1.16) lg CFU/g vs.( 5.22 ±0.88)lg CFU], lactobacillus increased significantly( P < 0.05)[( 2.88 ±0.36) lg CFU/g vs.( 1.08±0.46) lg CFU/g,( 2.28 ±0.48) lg CFU/g vs( 1.08±0.66) lg CFU,(3.02 ±0.22)lgCFU/g vs.( 1.08±0.42) lg CFU]. Conclusion Comparison between the two groups, there was no significant difference between the vegetarian group and the non-vegetarian group in e. coli and bifidobacterium, while there was difference between enterococcus and lactobacillus.
