摘  要:介绍了一种用于真空区测量脉冲高电压的水电阻分压器。该分压器采用传统的二级分压结构,第一级分压采用了双层绝缘嵌套的新型封装结构。该结构最大的特点是将常用于固定作用的尼龙拉杆替换为尼龙圆筒,在满足有效固定、密封的前提下,更便于分压电极的安装。经标定,分压器的分压系数约为11917,响应频率上限约为800MHz。在单孔柱-孔汇聚结构传输效率实验中,水电阻分压器成功测量到电压信号。实验结果表明,该分压器能有效测量1MV的脉冲高电压。In this paper, a water resistor voltage divider for measuring the pulse high voltage in vacuum is introduced. The divider adopts the traditional two-stage voltage structure, and the first-stage adopts a new encapsulation structure with double insulation nesting. The structure is characterized by replacing the fixed nylon rod with the nylon cylinder, so as to facilitate the installation of voltage divider electrodes. The experimental results show that the divider’s dividing coefficient is about 11 917, the upper limit of response frequency is about 800 MHz, and the divider can effectively get 1 MW pulse high voltage in the transmission efficiency experiment of post-hole convolute structure with single-hole.
