摘 要:对保鲜剂的配比进行优化以期得到低成本高效的保鲜剂。在单因素试验的基础上,以插瓶时间为响应值,以8-QH(X1)、蔗糖(X2)、6-BA(X3)浓度3个为自变量,采用Box-behnken设计3因素3水平的试验设计。结果表明保鲜剂的最佳配比是8-QH浓度为188.35mg/L,蔗糖浓度为3.86%,6-BA浓度为51.64mg/L,在此条件下香石竹鲜切花的插瓶时间为25d,与预测值的误差为3.84%。响应面优化香石竹保鲜剂配方合理可行。Optimize the ratio of preservatives in order to obtain a low-cost and high-efficiency preservative.On the basis of the single factor test,the insertion time was used as the response value,and the 8-QH (X1),sucrose (X 2),and 6-BA (X 3) concentrations were used as independent variables,and Box-behnken was used to design 3 factors.Horizontal test design.The results showed that the best ratio of preservative was 8-QH concentration of188.35mg/L,sucrose concentration of 3.86%,and 6-BA concentration of 51.64mg/L. Under this condition,the bottle cutting time of carnation fresh cut flowers was 25d.The error from the predicted value is 3.84%.The response surface optimization of the carnation preservative formula is reasonable and feasible.
