摘  要:吸能型连梁装置的工作原理是在强震作用时通过将楔形块挤入吸能管使其发生弹塑性变形来吸收能量。吸能部件的设计是实现缓冲性能的关键。首先根据吸能部件的构造形式提出了其结构设计参数;在此基础上,运用塑性力学理论中的主应力法推导了吸能管的缓冲荷载理论计算公式;最后建立了吸能部件有限元模型,验证了理论计算公式的正确性,并分析了吸能管扩径变形的基本特征。The working principle of the energy absorbing unseating prevention device is to absorb energy by squeezing wedge shaped blocks into the energy absorbing tube to produce elastic plastic deformation under strong earthquake action.The design of energy absorbing components is the key to achieving the buffer performance.Firstly the structure design parameters were proposed according to the structural forms of the energy absorbing components.On this basis the theoretical formula for calculating the buffer load of the energy absorbing tube was derived by using the principal stress method in the plastic mechanics theory.Finally the finite element model of energy absorbing components was established the correctness of the theoretical calculation formula was verified and the basic characteristics of the expansion deformation of the energy absorbing tube were analyzed.
