摘  要:使用热裂解-气相色谱质谱联用仪(PY-3030D+GCMS-QP2020)结合F-Search谱库对药用胶塞胶种进行了鉴别.结果表明,氯化丁基胶塞和溴化丁基胶塞在双步裂解模式(热脱附和热裂解)下得到的总离子流或选择离子流色谱图中均有特征色谱峰,可进行定性鉴别.该鉴别方法无需预处理样品,结果准确、可靠.In this paper,a method for identification of medical rubber plug was established by using Pyrolysis-Gas chromatography-Mass spectrometry combined with F-Search system.The isobutylene-isoprene rubber plugs were analyzed by Double-shot pyrolysis(thermal desorption and pyrolysis),the results showed that Chlorinated isobutylene-isoprene rubber and Brominated isobutylene-isoprene rubber had characteristic peaks in total ion chromatogram or selective ion chromatogram and could be qualitatively identified.The method is accurate and reliable without pretreatment of samples.
