摘  要:危险品仓储中心作为危险品集散地,当突发事故发生时,关于危险品管理,需要跟踪和准确识别事故的影响。传统方法通过规划模型建立单层危险品物理网络,以控制风险和成本的方式,管理危险品运输=忽略了仓储中心突发事故时,危险品运输批次所带来的影响。提出以危险品物理网络子系统和危险品流量网络子系统建立危险品相互依赖系统,通过设计算法,跟踪初始仓储中心失效数量和危险品运输批次,以渗流阈值、节点承载力系数为依据,对事故的影响范围进行准确识别。以建立的彭州市危险品相互依赖系统进行实例分析,讨论不同情况下,跟踪识别突发事故对该系统的鲁棒性影响。结果表明,高节点承载力系数与适当的渗流阈值可以加强系统鲁棒性,提升承载危险品运输数量和突发事故的能力。The warehousing of hazardous materials is hazmat distributing center.Under emergency accidents,the management of hazmat needs tracking and accurately identify the impact of the emergency situations.The traditional method uses programming models and controlling the risk and cost to build the single hazardous materials physics network and manage the shipments of hazmat.But it ignores the fact that the emergency situations occur at hazmat warehousing and the impact of other shipments of hazmat.W e proposes that the hazmat interdependent system consists of the subsystem of hazmat physics network and the subsystem of hazmat transportation flow network.Through designing algorithm,the number of hazmat warehousing nodes of initial failure and the shipments of hazmat was tracked.In terms of impact limitation and node capacity coefficient,the impact area of emergency situations was accurately identified.According to the established hazmat interdependent system of Pengzhou City,when emergency accidents happen,the robustness impact of the system was tracked and identified via the instance analysis with different scenarios.The results show that the high node capacity coefficient and the suitable value of impact limitation can strength the robustness of system and improve the bearing capacity of the shipments of hazmat and emergency accidents.
