摘　　要：目的评价多学科联合诊疗复杂美学缺陷病例的效果。方法对1例牙列不齐伴前牙无髓变色病例,行正畸矫正排齐牙列、内漂白及贴面等微创方法改善牙齿美观。结果美学及功能改善良好。结论微创治疗及多学科合作对复杂病例可达到最佳治疗效果。Objective To investigate multidisciplinary approach for complex esthetic defects in oral therapy. Methods It's common esthetic defects in dentition crowding and discolored teeth. The orthodontic therapy resolve the dental crowding. The discolored teeth due to pulp necrosis can be treated by the method of coronal bleaching. Results The esthetics and occlusal function has been improved well.Conclusion Minimal invasions in oral therapy and multidisciplinary approach for treatment the esthetic defects achieve satisfactory effects.
