摘　　要：目的:探讨临床药师在癌痛治疗中的作用。方法:临床药师参与1例5岁3月儿童神经母细胞瘤疼痛的全程治疗,评估镇痛的疗效,调整镇痛药物的剂量,对患儿及其家属进行用药教育,并监护镇痛药物的不良反应。结果:全面评估疼痛,规范使用大剂量盐酸羟考酮缓释片治疗重度癌痛疗效确切。临床药师参与癌痛规范化治疗,协助医生制定治疗方案和根据疼痛的次数和评分来调整镇痛药物的剂量,使患儿疼痛得到有效控制,改善生活质量。结论:临床药师参与癌痛药物治疗能促进癌痛规范化治疗,确保用药的安全有效,开展药学服务,体现临床药师的价值。Objective:To study the role of clinical pharmacists in the treatment of cancer pain. Methods:The clinical pharmacist take part in the whole treatment of a five-year-old neuroblastoma with pain,evaluate the therapeutic effect of analgesia,adjust the dosage of analgesic drugs,educate the child patient and his parents about the use of analgesic drugs and monitor for adverse reactions of analgesic drugs. Results:Full assessment of pain and curing severe pain by using high doses oxycotin standardly had definite efficacy. The clinical pharmacist taking part in the standard treatment of cancer pain,help clinicians to set therapeutic regimens and adjust the dosage of analgesic drugs according to the child patient’s times and score of pain,controll the child patient’s pain effectively and improve his quality of life. Conclusion:Clinical pharmacists taking part in the treatment of cancer pain could promote its standardization,ensure safety and efficacy of using drugs,carry out pharmaceutical service and display the value of clinical pharmacists.
