摘　　要：在国家实施乡村振兴战略的大背景下,2018年山东省开始招收全国首批公费农科生。通过对山东农业大学2018级全体省属公费农科生开展调查研究,从基本信息、政策认可度、政策的看法与期望三方面对首批公费农科生生源基本信息及报考动机进行分析,旨在通过研究,为公费农科生政策下一步实施与完善提供详实、可靠的一手数据,以及对以后公费农科生报考、在读公费农科生培养提供参考。In the context of the country's implementation of the rural vitalization strategy, Shandong Province began to recruit the first batch of government-paid agricultural students in the country in 2018. Through the investigation and research on the freshmen of Shandong Agricultural University in 2018, this paper have analyzed the essential information of students and motivation of the first batch of government-paid agricultural students from the essential information ,policy recognition, views and expectations. The purpose of this study is to provide detailed and reliable first-hand data for the next implementation and improvement of government-paid agricultural science and education policy, as well as to provide reference for future application and education of government-paid agricultural students.
